We Value Elevation
Last week we dove a little deeper into our core value of collaboration. This week we’re sharing the next level of what elevation, our second core value, means to us!
As a woman entrepreneur, it’s important to have a group of women you can turn to when times get tough. It doesn’t matter if they’re friends or strangers – anyone who has been in your shoes before is bound to understand exactly how you feel. The good news is that we have already started building the community you can find these connections and elevate yourself with them!

We believe elevation is a two way street and we’re excited to share exactly how we see elevation supporting our community is powerful ways!
Inside the LBI Backstage Pass Elevate means…
Shedding old patriarchal patterns – This shows up as kind communication. Intentional and careful listening. We embrace the pause and not just power through the things that are challenging or hard. This also shows up as holding space for self, and self care.
Education – We understand that teaching and learning go hand in hand. Teaching and supporting through education is leadership and that requires experience. Regardless of if the education is happening in real life or virtually, we are putting the CO in CO-llaborative.
Empowerment – Our community is a reflection of who we are as leaders and we want to mirror back the best of who we are and what we are capable of to them. We want each ladyboss in our community to show up in their own power to learn and teach AND make money while they do it. We believe that empowerment means that we can be both – gentle, but fierce; kind, but bold; introspective, but ambitious.

Edutainment – “Edutainment” is a word our founder, Rose Kaz, is fond of. It speaks to combining entertainment and education in a way that is engaging, inspiring, collaborative, and pulls from our collective strengths. It helps generate thoughtful conversations and can create a bit of FOMO for those who aren’t a part of what we’re doing… yet.
Strength – We recognize that strength is far more than just power. Strength is truly seeing others, recognizing others’ capabilities, endless possibilities and equipping those around us to achieve more. There is abundance and access to all of the greatness inside of us when we tap into our elevated strength as a collective.
Finding the courage to attain – When we elevate ourselves and those around us we are inspiring, creating shared access and turning learners into fearless leaders.
Creating more resources (and access to them) – In the community we’re building we are enabling and empowering women with skills to share their wisdom and collaborate with those who need their support. Access to these resources is one of the core pillars of the community we’re building and it paves the way for more women to achieve their dreams, and then help those that are following behind achieve theirs.

Elevate is more than just a word. It’s what we do when we educate, empower, lead with strength and create access to resources for the betterment of womankind.
When we elevate, we all succeed.
